AI analysis results, optimized CVs, generated cover letters.
🔌 Connection Data
Logs, IP address (for security and statistical purposes).
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed to:
- Provide the CV optimization and document generation service.
- Manage your user account and subscriptions.
- Improve our AI algorithms (anonymously).
- Send you administrative or promotional information (with your consent).
4. Data Recipients
Your data is strictly confidential. It may be transmitted to our technical subcontractors solely for the execution of the Service:
Hosting: Netlify (USA)
Payment: Stripe (USA)
Artificial Intelligence: OpenAI / Google Gemini (USA)
Note: Data transfers outside the EU (especially to the USA for Netlify/Stripe/OpenAI) are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Retention Period
👤 Account Data
Retained as long as the account is active. Deleted 3 years after the last activity if the account is inactive.
📄 Generated Documents (CV/Letters)
Retained in your space for your convenience. You can delete them at any time via your dashboard.
💳 Billing Data
Retained for 10 years (legal accounting obligation).
6. Security
Your account password is encrypted. Exchanges with the site are secured by SSL protocol (HTTPS). Access to databases is strictly restricted to authorized personnel.
7. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data.
